Maya · Small victories

Today I sat outside the gym for ten minutes. Then I went in.

A little moment from Maya’s life in New York.

Maya, a woman with dark curls and a fuller figure, smiles beside the dumbbell rack in a sunlit gym. Her words read: Today I sat outside the gym for ten minutes. Then I went in. — Maya · Menolyn Moments · October 25, 2026

— I nearly went home before I even got through the gym door. Ten minutes outside, one deep breath, and I finally walked in. The first set could wait; that was my first little win. — Maya

Have you ever needed a minute outside before walking in?
